Overview:

Eagle Eye Networks Marketing is seeking an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Manager to join our marketing department and provide leadership and execution of online marketing campaigns (Google Adwords, PPC, etc.) to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. The Digital Marketing role at Eagle Eye Networks is directly responsible for the creation, implementation, analysis and management of successful paid search campaigns and initiatives for our global team.  

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of hands-on experience in-house or agency experience and has shown the ability to drive continued optimization of campaigns through performance analysis, ad copy testing, quality score improvement, keyword management, etc. You will have achieved success quickly, but by doing it the right way and not through tactics that jeopardize the Eagle Eye Networks reputation.

In this role you will help the marketing team by driving customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Responsibilities include: 

  • Responsible for designing, planning, managing, and optimizing integrated digital campaigns across multiple channels to generate pipeline. Channels include Paid Search, Retargeting, Paid Social and Paid Digital Advertising programs.
  • Manage campaign expenses, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.
  •  Deliver in-depth weekly and monthly KPI reports to communicate performance trends.
  • Identify new opportunities to drive revenue & profitability and actively participate in formulating strategies to capitalize on new opportunities.
  • Optimize copy and landing pages for paid digital marketing campaigns to optimize conversion. 
  • Work with marketing leadership to manage lead conversion rate optimization (CRO) projects. 
  • Stay current on SEM strategies, best practices, competitive landscape and keyword ecosystem.
  • Provide execution and strategy support to global marketing teams for regional success.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience managing large-scale, Paid Search/PPC/SEM and Display ad campaigns for B2B companies in a lead generation capacity and/or in an agency setting. 
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ad words, etc., and how they can be leveraged to inform SEM decisions.
  • Experience being involved in CRO projects and A/B testing.
  •  Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, start-up environment and communicate clearly with global marketing peers.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, an analytical mind-set.
  • Self-directed, proactive and able to define and execute projects independently.
  • Experience utilizing bid management tools, bid modeling, and automation to maximize PPC campaigns.
  • Some knowledge of marketing automation systems to assist in editing and launch of landing pages for quality score improvement.
  • Experience with WordPress required. 
  • Fast learner.
