 Overview:

Eagle Eye Networks Marketing is seeking an enthusiastic Local Search Marketing Specialist to join our marketing department and provide leadership and execution of tactics that promote and support our partners in making online contact with prospects. The role will provide services to our channel partners to ensure local visibility in online directories that have been proven to increase rankings, drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. The LSM Specialist role at Eagle Eye Networks is responsible for the creation, implementation, analysis and management of successful local search programs.  

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of hands-on local search experience at an agency or similar in-house corporate role and has shown the ability to drive continued success. 

In this role you will help the marketing team by driving customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Responsibilities include: 

  • Responsible for designing, planning, managing, and optimizing local search programs for channel partners.
  • Deliver in-depth weekly and monthly KPI reports to communicate performance trends.
  • Identify new opportunities to drive revenue & profitability through local search and channel activation.
  • Work with marketing leadership to manage lead conversion rate optimization (CRO) projects. 
  • Understand GMB fully and how to find link opportunities for it.
  • Be able to communicate with sites to get NAP details changed.
  • Stay current on SEM, GmB, NAP and other related strategies, best practices, competitive landscape and keyword ecosystem.
  • Research, analyze and implement and coach partners on competitor links.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends in search engine marketing, including algorithms updates and product updates from Google/Bing.
  • Develop and implement repeatable, scalable processes. 
  • Provide insight and instructions to partners to set up and optimize Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Google my Business (MAPS) to ensure their Eagle Eye Networks offering are where customers are searching.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • 2-3 years of experience managing local search, Paid Search/PPC/SEM and Display ad campaigns for B2B companies in an agency or similar corporate setting. 
  • Know how to use and recommend local search tools. (Experience with Brightlocal, Whitespark, Moz, Yext, or other appropriate solutions.)
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google my Business, Ad words, Yelp, other social media platforms, B2B directories, etc., and how they can be leveraged to inform local search decisions and programs.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, start-up environment and communicate clearly with sales managers, on-boarding teams, and partners.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, an analytical mind-set.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail; Self-directed, proactive and able to define and execute projects independently.
  • Ability to manage up to recommend and activate appropriate tools and resources for success. 
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Fast learner.
