Overview:

Eagle Eye Networks Marketing is seeking an enthusiastic channel marketing manager to join our marketing department to help develop and execute general program-related and partner-related marketing campaigns and activities in support of the company’s growth plans. The Channel Marketing Manager at Eagle Eye Networks duties include developing and executing revenue-generating marketing programs in support of channel partners ensuring attainment of our customer acquisition targets and revenue goals.

In this role you will help the marketing and sales teams by improving channel communications, engagement and results. 

Responsibilities include: 

  • Design, develop and execute revenue-generating marketing/communications programs with our channel in support of customer acquisition targets and revenue goals.
  • Develop and execute channel marketing plans, campaigns and lead-generation programs in support of partner prospecting & recruitment initiatives.
  • Work with marketing and sales leadership to develop and analyze metrics on channel marketing spend and return at both a program level and by key accounts.
  • Support marketing and regional managers in planning and execution of channel activities and events.
  • Assist in the creation of external-facing sales and marketing materials in support of partner-facing program elements and customer-facing activities
  • Contribute in the content creation process including collateral, blog posts, social media posts, email templates, presentation templates, etc.
  • Conduct pre- and post-program analysis to drive improvement.
  • Ensure all channel marketing communications and content align with marketing strategies.
  • Track competitive channel marketing programs as well as channel trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Lead the development of sales tools including product collateral, competitive positioning, go-to-market campaign content, etc.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Ability to develop and implement a B2B channel recruitment strategy and execute on tactics and programs. 
  • Able to manage multiple tasks, effectively prioritize and consistently meet objectives.
  •  Proven capacity to excel in a fast-paced, global, team environment.
  •  Excellent oral, presentation and written communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to work well independently and in a team environment and interact with individuals at all levels in the organization and with members of channel organizations.
  • Well-developed interpersonal and organizational skills; detail-oriented, highly motivated and self-starter skills.
  • Software as a Service (SaaS) industry and/or video security/surveillance experience.
  • Experience working across international time zones and in a multicultural environment.
  • Start-up experience a plus.
