A state university system with ten campuses was looking to record and learn from the dynamic range of research activities and healthcare services they offer. Specifically, they wanted a system to record the audio and video of these environments so that instructors could review student progress, train students using the video, monitor patient progress, and also to safeguard the high standards they have set for their university system.
Their research activities and healthcare services are dynamic, including: legal clinics, physical therapy, veterinary clinics, research laboratories, operating and surgery rooms, nursing simulation and general medical simulation.

They use Eagle Eye Contract Vault to record these activities across the different locations and manage permissions that allow for different levels of access, as well as access to segmented viewing environments. Students and instructors have the ability to start and stop mandatory recordings through an easy interface that includes data capture. This capture makes it easy for authorized personnel to quickly search for and review the video before providing any necessary feedback. Lastly, by using a cloud-based system authorized personnel and administrators can access the video recorded at any of the ten campuses from anywhere, at anytime. Eagle Eye completed the install of the system and works in partnership with the department to manage upgrades to the system remotely.
