Pepperjax Grill is a sandwich shop headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska. They had an outdated video surveillance system installed in their restaurants that made it impossible to manage multiple locations at once remotely. As the restaurant added more locations, the initial system became more and more of a problem.
Pepperjax Grill was in search of a new solution that would allow the management team to remotely view their locations on one screen. Eagle Eye Cloud VMS was an ideal fit for this multi-site business. In addition to meeting Pepperjax Grill’s initial requirements, they were also able to use Eagle Eye’s cloud video capabilities to make operational improvements to their business.
