What Eagle Eye Marketing is doing to support our partners

July 8, 2025 Cooper Briscoe

Hey, I’m Cooper, VP of Marketing here at Eagle Eye Networks. After a couple of months of leading the Marketing team, I’ve never been more excited than I am right now working for Eagle Eye Networks and our amazing channel of professional security integrators. Let me tell you why.

But first, a little about myself:

I’m in my third decade in this industry and have held roles in Sales, Operations, Training & Enablement, Product Management, and Product Marketing prior to accepting this role. My career has spanned Professional Monitoring, Residential/Commercial Security, Smart Home, Access Control, and Video working at some of the biggest companies within the security industry. And at each one, the internal marketing teams were tied to “HQ” and/or viewed as shared resources across many business units. This led me to believe that Marketing was basically there to help with events, create collateral, and build sales presentations.

But I know that Marketing is so much more than that.

It’s all about understanding our partners.

In the past, I’ve seen many marketing leaders come into this industry without any knowledge of the products and services being offered. They didn’t understand or appreciate our great channel partners and community. This has led me to have a keen interest in figuring out new ways of helping our channel and also driving end-user demand.

Working with channel partners and talking subscriptions over the last 21+ years makes me eager to show our partners that Eagle Eye Networks is here for them and that we’re looking to engage at a deeper level, provide better tools and insights, and ultimately help them grow their business.

Truly understanding the problems our end customers face and building and tailoring solutions to solve those pain points is what it’s all about. I learned this from my time in Product Management. True Voice of Customer comes from in-depth discussions about the problems our customers face and a genuine attempt to best understand that impact.

Building toward a future of collaboration

I’m looking to bring this collaborative approach to the entire Marketing team. We will be tight with our partners, we will constantly think about our mutual end customers and what they need, and we are already rolling out new tools and programs that truly help you grow and best handle your customers’ needs. We’re going to communicate in different ways, and use more video when we reach out because we know you don’t always love looking at PDFs and User Guides. And we’re going to do a lot of listening.

Eagle Eye is investing in people and platforms to help our partners succeed. If a reseller has leads but not enough people to chase them down? We can help. Are you an integrator that needs some training for your Sales org? We’ve got you. Looking to promote your company along with Eagle Eye Networks? Let us help you with a vehicle wrap. If you need to improve website traffic, we’ve got a team waiting to help. Our Partner Program is designed to help make sure each and every one of our partners has what they need to succeed.

Another resource we’ve built is our Business Portal in the Eagle Eye Cloud VMS. It’s a convenient one-stop shop for everything you need online — access all assets, build and save quotes, check on order status, and request some of our many Partner Program Benefits listed above. Our Eagle Eye Genius is there too, harnessing the power of all our information base to help answer any questions fast.

Stay tuned! I think you’re going to like what you see.

These are just a few of the ways our Marketing team is working to focus on the success of our partners, without whom we couldn’t do this. The industry is moving fast, and so are we. I’m excited to be doing it together.
