Due to the strong global growth that Eagle Eye Networks is experiencing, it has become possible to lower the subscriptions to camera surveillance via Eagle Eye Cloud VMS by up to 45 percent.

The large price reductions relate to the medium and long term subscriptions for storage in Eagle Eye Cloud VMS. The subscriptions for storage of 60 days or longer will be 30 to 35 percent cheaper. In addition, Eagle Eye Networks also introduces an additional 10 percent discount for customers who opt for an annual subscription. The price reductions and plans take effect on 1 March 2019.

Better prices
Eagle Eye Networks now has eleven data centers around the world for the management and storage of camera images. The realization of this global scale has enabled Eagle Eye Networks to agree better prices with both internet service providers and IT suppliers. In addition, the company continued to invest in engineering, compression techniques and operational management systems that generate further cost savings. “We want to make it as easy as possible for our partners to transfer their customers to a cloud service and a revenue model based on monthly income. That is better for both our partner and the customer for several reasons, “said Dean Drake, CEO of Eagle Eye Networks. “Cloud-based systems offer many benefits, varying from a continuous supply of functionalities to stronger methods for cyber security. Our significant investment in global infrastructure has resulted in significant economies of scale and we will continue to pass on these savings to our partners. It is clear that Cloud Video Surveillance is the future. ”
Finally, the company announces that besides the HD1, HD2 and HD5 subscriptions there are now also HD3, HD4 and HD10 subscriptions, making it easier to choose storage capacity that fits the resolution of the cameras. Furthermore, a ‘Cloud Preview Only’ subscription has been added for customers who want to store only one frame per second in the cloud.
