Eagle Eye Networks, the global leader in cloud video surveillance, was recognized with a 2023 Austin Inno Fire Award. The award went to 35 Austin-based companies developing a broad range of innovations. The awards are sponsored by the Austin Business Journal and sourced through nominations, Inno’s reporting, and ABJ staff.
Eagle Eye Networks was among the many companies on the list to innovate new AI technologies. The company received a $100 million investment from SECOM CO, LTD. in May and is using the investment for continued development of its AI-based analytics capabilities such as Eagle Eye Smart Video Search, Smart Alarms, and Vehicle Intelligence, and to expand its worldwide operations.
Eagle Eye founder and serial entrepreneur Dean Drako attributed the big raise to being a first mover in the cloud video surveillance industry with an open platform that allows it to be molded to meet the varied needs of businesses.
Eagle Eye Networks will be highlighted at the Inno Fire Awards ceremony on December 13 and compete for a Blazer Award.
