Rich Williams is the Chief Financial Officer of Eagle Eye Networks. Before joining Eagle Eye, Rich was CFO of a private equity backed infrastructure company as well as CFO of the second largest power transmission and generation company in Texas.
Previously, Rich was Director of Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions at Energy Future Holdings, where he worked on the buyout of TXU with KKR, TPG, & Goldman Sachs. Before joining Energy Future Holdings’ predecessor TXU in 2006, he was a member of Deutsche Bank’s energy, utilities and chemicals investment banking team in New York. Rich was previously a three-term appointee by the Governor of Texas to the Board of the Emerging Technology Fund and served as its Chairman. He currently serves on the Board of Homer City Power and as a Senior Advisor to an investment bank in the critical infrastructure space. Rich is a graduate of Texas A&M University. He is a transatlantic sailor, a PADI Divemaster, and a L1 CrossFit Coach.
