Improve deterrence, detection, and incident response while maximizing your security dollars with a security grant.
Schools and universities are among the most important places to protect with comprehensive security — and yet their security budgets are often stretched thin. Proper video security can be expensive, but it is important, serving not only as a deterrent and a means of documenting incidents, but as an active means of spotting potential dangers before harm occurs.
That’s why funding is available through the Drako Smart Video Security Grant for Schools. Through this program, qualifying schools can more affordably implement and operate security equipment and cloud recording services on their campuses.
Why schools are moving their video surveillance to the cloud
From detecting loitering and off-hours trespassing to keeping students safe in an emergency, video surveillance is rapidly evolving. Everything from vape-detecting sensors to vehicle tracking is now available. Integrating video surveillance with access management is also a key capability for greater security campus-wide.
The Eagle Eye Cloud VMS (video management system) securely stores your video in real time off-site, making it instantly available to your security team. And because it’s continuously updated with security updates and new features, administrators can be confident their system is cybersecure and that they are maximizing their budget.
The Eagle Eye Cloud VMS includes:

Flexible, permission-based accessibility
Control who has access to what. Monitor user activity and easily delegate or revoke user access.

IT efficiencies
Reduce the amount of equipment and staff needed on site. Eliminate the need for outdated and vulnerable on-site storage systems.

Centralized management
View all your cameras and video from any of your locations from a web browser or any device running the Cloud VMS mobile app.

Unlimited scalability
Expand storage capacity on demand, minimizing capital expenditures and eliminating the need to overprovision servers.

Cybersecurity
Secure video and protect privacy with strong encryption, triple redundancy, and camera lockdown to keep camera access separate from your IT network.
So much more than cameras
