Stalmeesters has joined forces with Eagle Eye Networks to create customizable solutions for poultry farmers by combining their sensors with the Eagle Eye Cloud Video Management System (VMS).  Implementing cameras and using the analytics provided in the Eagle Eye Cloud VMS solution make it possible to gather data and combine raw data and incidents with images. This combination helps poultry farmers get every insight possible and be more aware of everything happening in the barn.

Poultry Farmer Alex Geerligs has been using Object Detection to keep track of the wellbeing of his chickens. He’s gaining insights into their growth curves, spot any abnormalities, and he can interfere wherever needed. “I spotted some inconsistencies in the ecosystem of the chickens and was able to interfere early on by making improvements and tweaks to the barn climate and their feeding pattern.
