184 Kent is a turn-of-the-century waterfront warehouse along the Brooklyn waterfront that was converted into 340 luxury apartments that offers stunning views of Manhattan. Once the major restoration took place, video surveillance became a priority for this luxury establishment. The building contained existing analog cameras that the owners still wanted to utilize, and also wanted to add new IP cameras to the mix for more coverage. 184 Kent is now utilizing Eagle Eye CMVRs 430 and 620 to support IP and analog cameras with 180 days of on-site storage.
