April 23, 2016 Hans Kahler

EE WingsBethesda, MD, and Austin, TX, April 20, 2016 – On April 7, 2016 Brivo and Eagle Eye Networks™ co-hosted a Cloud Partner Summit at ISC West in Las Vegas, Nevada. The event brought together 240 dealers, channel partners, security professionals, and industry analysts to discuss how the changing needs of the security industry are driving increasing demand for cloud-based solutions.

The Summit featured four speakers, including Dean Drako, CEO of Eagle Eye Networks and Chairman of Brivo; Steve Van Till, President and CEO of Brivo; and John Szczygiel, Executive Vice President and COO of Brivo; and George Mitchell, founder and co-owner of Protec Video—who spoke about his success growing his business by delivering value to his customers through cloud-based solutions.

Steve Van Till said, “Our dealers and channel partners are finding that the cost, convenience, and cyber security advantages of cloud services are resonating with their customers. Physical security cloud adoption is accelerating and the interest in this event is a reflection of that trend.”

Drako commented, “With a subscription-based business model, you must work to earn your customers’ business each and every day. It is why our dealers outperform and out deliver — they are focused on caring for their customers.”

In a post-show discussion, Bill Bozeman, President and CEO of PSA Security Networks commented, “It was a great event with great energy. At PSA, our members are seeing an increased demand for cloud-based security solutions — they love selling them because of the ease of installation and maintenance.”
