ParkStash integrated Eagle Eye LPR (License Plate Recognition) with their parking management platform within weeks. This integration has added an extra layer of security to their parking system through better enforcement while also generating significant additional revenue for their customers.

Automate payment for hourly and permitted parking

Whether a temporary visitor or long-term resident, users can reserve a parking permit mapped to their vehicle license plate through the ParkStash Permit App by scanning a QR code or a provided link. Vehicle license plates are identified using AI-powered Eagle Eye LPR so vehicles are automatically accounted for. The data generated by Eagle Eye LPR video analytics also helps track and manage parking occupancy so that properties can optimize available parking. All parking owners need to do is set the durations and sell limits to get started. 

Improve parking enforcement

Eagle Eye LPR accurately identifies all license plates entering a parking area and notifies designated staff of vehicles not registered through the ParkStash Enforcer app. Property managers can also take action against repeat violators by tracking their repeated entries to issue parking violation warnings, tickets, and collect payments via the app. The use case for visitor parking returned 100% compliance with violators who were notified to either pay or move their vehicle.
