How Sport Clips raised store safety and saved 150K with Eagle Eye

September 20, 2024 Eagle Eye Networks

Sport Clips Haircuts wanted to consolidate and centrally manage video surveillance across 80 company-owned locations. Besides difficulty accessing and sharing video clips, Sport Clips was experiencing persistent failures in the on-site DVRs — and those failures were silent so lost video was impossible to retrieve.

Eagle Eye reseller Blue Iron Sentinel helped Sport Clips deploy an Eagle Eye cloud solution to securely manage and store video in the cloud, rather than on DVRs vulnerable to both mechanical failure and theft. And with their new system, video is easier to retrieve for review, or to pass to authorities when needed. (It’s also more robust in the busy salon environment, with fewer exposed cables and custom ceiling mounting.)
