Cloud video surveillance pioneer Eagle Eye Networks has slashed prices on medium- and long-term retention plans for the Eagle Eye Cloud VMS.
As of 1 March 2019 prices for retention plans over 60 days are now between 30-35% lower, while a further discount of 10% is available to customers who opt for an annual subscriptions.
Eagle Eye Networks has leveraged its size – managing and storing video data through 11 data centres worldwide – and the economies of scale inherent in the cloud model to negotiate better pricing with internet service providers and IT suppliers.
The company says it has also ploughed investment into engineering, compression technologies and operational management systems to realise further cost-efficiencies.
New HD subscriptions plans –HD3, HD4 and HD10 join existing HD1, HD2, and HD5 plans – can lower prices for some customers on account of mirroring more closely their megapixel camera resolutions.
