The Town of Terry unveiled its new Crime Prevention Surveillance Center, featuring the solar-powered Eagle Eye Anywhere system that provides officials with a live feed of the town to enhance safety and deter crime.
TERRY, Miss. (WJTV) – The Town of Terry unveiled its Crime Prevention Surveillance Center on Tuesday, July 16.
Powered by solar energy, officials will be able to view a live feed of what’s happening in the town.
“And guys, it’s a great system. I mean, if you ride through Terry at nighttime, first thing you’re going to see when you come out is that flashing light. And believe me, it attracts attention. The bad guys don’t want to see that,” said Terry Police Chief Anthony Moore.
