Eagle Eye Networks and Brivo: Integration at every level

Januar 8, 2026 Eagle Eye Networks

There’s great news for Eagle Eye customers as we step into 2026. For years, customers have relied on Eagle Eye’s expertise in cloud-based video surveillance. And many of you have complemented our video capabilities with access control solutions from Brivo.

Last week, we made that practical relationship even closer, when we officially announced the merger of our two companies: Now Eagle Eye Networks and Brivo will operate as one organization under the Brivo name, for truly unified security.

Brivo introduced cloud-based access control to the physical security market in 2002. Since then, it has introduced a string of access control hardware and software, and cultivated an ecosystem of technology partners to help businesses get more out of their access control systems than just opening doors. Today, the Brivo Security Suite unites AI-driven video surveillance, flexible access control, visitor management, and intrusion detection with a single cloud-native solution. The suite lets you view video, configure access levels, and view entry records from a single easy-to-learn interface.

This move simplifies ordering, installation and billing — and unifies our industry-leading customer support.

This isn’t just a corporate transition. It’s about security that is smarter, more intuitive, and easier to access than ever before. Together, our strengths redefine what modern security can do for you, from activating a sitewide lockdown using a voice command to instantly sharing cameras with 911 operators in an emergency.

Eagle Eye has long delivered solutions that go far past conventional security — this merger opens up even more possibilities. Integrating sensors, AI-driven video analytics, and event-driven automations with access control improves premises management — and your everyday business operations.

The power of together: Eyes, keys, and information

Video security and access control have been getting gradually, inevitably closer, as they each grow into flexible information tools.

Having a single intuitive system to handle both the „eyes“ (video) and the „keys“ (access control) of your operation is a massive advantage. That’s what you get with the Brivo Security Suite.

Until recently, though, these aspects of security were typically viewed separately — sometimes even in different departments‘ budgets. Consider the advantages of a truly unified system:

  • Enriched context for every event: Imagine a badge scan that instantly triggers a video clip of the person entering. By merging access tools (keypads, badges, or mobile credentials) with video feeds, you’ll get a richer story for every event.
  • Event-driven responses: If a sensor detects flooding in a utility room or a propped-open access door, the system can instantly alert the appropriate personnel. And situations like after-hours pool use can trigger pre-planned actions designed to increase safety.
  • „Single pane of glass“ interface: Managing access and viewing cameras through a single interface saves time, reduces training needs, and minimizes the risk of error

Why this matters for you

If you are an end user, you’re about to see a broader range of available tools to keep your people and property safe. We’re continuing to innovate and to produce the video security solutions you rely on, but you can expect thoughtful evolution toward a more cohesive security experience.

If you are an Eagle Eye reseller, this merger is designed to make your business life easier and to help you serve your customers more effectively. Our goal: to simplify procurement, allowing you to focus on security and access solutions to your clients with a single source for quoting, purchasing, invoicing, and system control.

A steady path forward

This announcement isn’t small: this merger means the creation of the world’s largest AI cloud-native physical security company. We are prioritizing stability and reliability, ensuring that this transition means long-term value for you. Whether it’s rugged cameras, license plate-activated gates, or specialized integrations, we’re making it simpler to access the products you rely on.

Whether you are a long-time reseller partner or an end user curious about how the Brivo Security Suite can help your organization, we want to hear from you. Please reach out to your Eagle Eye representative with your questions.

Thank you for being part of this journey. Here’s to a safe, successful (and unified!) 2026.
