WSJ: VCs On Pace to Break Late-Stage Record

wsjEagle Eye Networks, maker of a software-based system for managing video via the cloud, accepted a multimillion-dollar investment led by MSD Capital, which manages capital for Dell Chairman and CEO Michael Dell. The Series B round includes Austin Ventures and former Symantec CEO Enrique Salem, who recently joined Bain Capital Ventures.
