Moving beyond cameras to proactive security

septembre 3, 2025 Rachel Abrams

Is your video surveillance system passively recording events… or is it actively protecting your business?

At Eagle Eye Networks, we believe security should do more than just record. Our AI-first platform is continually evolving to transform passive video surveillance into a proactive security solution that gives you the edge.

Sharper AI, smarter alerts

We’ve improved our platform to deliver unparalleled accuracy. Our Precision Person & Vehicle Detection dramatically cuts down on expensive false alarms triggered by animals, wind movement, or shadows. This highly accurate system can now detect intruders from longer distances and with smaller targets, ensuring your security teams only receive actionable alerts that matter.

LPR: More than just a number

License Plate Recognition (LPR) just got a major upgrade. We’ve boosted vehicle make and color accuracy to over 95%, with body type detection coming soon. But we didn’t stop there. Our VMS now provides deeper, more intuitive insights, allowing users to easily track a vehicle’s historical movements, entry/exit times, and frequency over a seven-day stretch. This turns a simple license plate into a powerful investigative tool.

Sensors: Your eyes where cameras can’t go

Building safer environments means expanding your reach. Our suite of wireless environmental sensors is now available in CE-compliant European markets (EU, Liechtenstein, Finland, Iceland, and the UK). These discreet sensors help you construct a digital nervous system for your premises. They can detect everything from vaping and air quality changes to temperature shifts and water leaks, enabling businesses and campuses to maintain healthier spaces and take immediate action — even in places where cameras are not permitted or not prioritized.

Critically, Eagle Eye’s sensors integrate the environmental information you need into the intuitive Eagle Eye Cloud VMS interface. Besides making a better user experience, that makes it simple to comply with legal mandates to monitor workplace temperature, for example.

Checking in on checking out

Eagle Eye POS Integration ties together point of sale (POS) transactions with time-stamped video surveillance records. That means sales, returns, and exchanges are far easier to audit, and disputes are much simpler to resolve. Search transactions by amount, type, discount amount, and more for quick investigation, or flag transactions to save and research later. All conveniently within the Eagle Eye VMS.

These software advancements, combined with our commitment to providing cutting-edge solutions, ensure that partners can deliver smarter, more effective security systems.
