Strategic Account Manager

Austin, TX

Overview:

Eagle Eye Networks is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to play a critical role in building relationships with our largest resellers. Our ideal candidate will ensure customer satisfaction and will identify new opportunities to increase sales. 

The Strategic Account Manager maintains and expands relationships with strategically important large customers. Assigned to three to five named customers, the Strategic Account Manager is responsible for sales training, achieving sales quota and assigned objectives.

The Eagle Eye VMS has strong APIs for the secure integration of third-party systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales training and support of Strategic partner branch offices
  • Give sales presentations to branch offices
  • Achieve assigned strategic account objectives
  • Establish strong, long-term Strategic partner relationships
  • Suggest solutions that meet customer needs
  • Handle questions and issues in a timely and effective manner

Requirements:

  • Ability to present to groups of people in person and via webinar
  • Proficient in the use of presentation and spreadsheet software
  • Proven work experience as an account manager or Key account manager
  • Sales experience in a B2B environment
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software and/or Account management systems
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships
  • Availability to travel 50% of the time
  • Degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field or equivalent
