Product Management – Thesis Internship
Eagle Eye Networks provides you with the ability to complete your degree, and as part of your internship launch a new product/feature the Eagle Eye Networks customers. You will research the market, analyze/test if the product is meeting the market needs, and use this as a basis for your master thesis.
You like to do the following:
- Interview and analyze customers to understand their problems.
- Playing around with new technology to see how it works and how it can be used in new to help customers.
- Test new hardware and software to see if it meets the user needs and if it’s working well enough to be shipped.
- Demo and communicate new products to internal and external stakeholders.
- Helping customers solve their problems when using new products.
- Define and specify new features/products from a commercial, technical, and functional perspective.
You recognize yourself in this:
- Speaking and writing English is not a problem for you, the ability to speak Dutch is a plus.
- You are finalizing the last year of your University Master or HBO study and searching for an internship to write your final thesis.
- During your internship, you want to launch a new product such as a cloud-connected body cam or a new mobile app.
- Following a study in the field of business IT, ICT in business, business informatics, or any other equivalent programma.
- Figuring out (technical) problems is something you enjoy.
- Good in gathering requirements and understanding the problems.

Eagle Eye Networks was created to make video security easier for all of us. Camera systems have traditionally been pretty complex, challenging for most people to manage, and costly. We are bringing the latest modern web and cloud technologies to make cameras easier to use, more accessible, and more robust. Eagle Eye CameraManager is a reliable and quickly growing cloud for security cameras. The product is sold via partners and resellers and is primarily focusing on SME, residential, and consumer markets. Via our API’s and SDK’s partners can build their own video surveillance product on top of the Eagle Eye CameraManager cloud.
As part of this internship, you will join the Product Management team. The Eagle Eye Networks Product Management Team is responsible for:
- Research customer and partner requirements in detail to get a comprehensive understanding of customer problems.
- Define a technical and functional solution to improve the user experience of the customer.
- Prioritize the new developments via the Scrum software development methodology.
- Launching new products including communicating new products to the marketing team, sales team, and external partners/customers.
