A Pinkberry franchisee has five locations in Atlanta, Georgia. The franchisee had an outdated video surveillance system that didn’t allow him to view video remotely or easily access video footage. He began looking for a new solution that would allow him to utilize his existing analog cameras because he didn’t want the additional expense of replacing them. He was also seeking remote viewing from his mobile device and tablet, as well as the ability to view all of his locations from one screen.
The Eagle Eye Cloud VMS met all of his requirements, so he initially decided to have the system installed at one of his locations. Eagle Eye allowed him to use his existing cameras, view all of his locations remotely and on one screen, and easily retrieve and share video. After experiencing the system at one of his locations for 2 months, he decided to roll out the Eagle Eye solution to all of his locations.
