According to comments from the annual\u00a0SDM 100 Report<\/a>, 2024 was a \u201cmixed\u201d year for many security dealers. High inflation and interest rates and an unsettled election cycle made for uncertain times for many. In spite of this, as a group the 2025 SDM 100 companies brought in the highest total annual revenue in a decade and increased both residential and non-residential sales revenue. Much of this was due to the technology driving customers to upgrade or purchase new security systems, particularly video and AI-based options. So which security providers did these dealers generally turn to in order to supply these solutions?
