The merged company will maintain its commitment to an open platform and will continue to support other video and access control solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Going forward, Drako will serve as CEO of Brivo, and Steve Van Till will serve as President. The merged company has U.S. headquarters in Bethesda, Maryland and Austin, Texas, and additional offices in Lehi, Utah, Amsterdam, Bangalore, and Tokyo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
