Eagle Eye Networks is seeking a Market & Lead Development Representative responsible for our lead generation strategy through outbound email, social and phone campaigns.This is an entry level sales role with limitless potential for upward mobility.Eagle Eye Networks is a fast-paced, high growth technology scale up set on changing the way business owners use video footage in their business operations. Responsibilities:

  • Research new prospects to identify qualifying buying traits
  • Build profile on prospects in CRM
  • Create and execute email and Inmail campaigns to qualified prospects
  • Follow up on campaigns with phone calls attempting to set meeting
  • Deploy pipeline generations tactics that confirm 20 new meetings per week for account executive team
  • Use initial phone calls to learn about prospect’s business and pain points
  • Successfully transition prospects to account executive team with relevant information to move forward
  • Use CRM to track confirmed meetings and pipeline growth results
  • Understand Eagle Eye Networks value proposition and confidently communicate this to target prospects

Required Experience:

  • Inside or Outside sales of any variety
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • CRM experience (Zoho, Salesforce, etc)
  • Various Language Skills, English and Dutch required

Preferred Experience:

  • Proven ability to generate pipeline through a variety of outbound tactics (email, phone, LinkedIn, etc)
  • Outbound calling experience in person and/or on phone
  • 1-3 years sales/marketing experience for a technology company
  • E-mail marketing experience
