Tech Support Specialist
We are seeking a junior technical support specialist for our Client Success Team. This entry-level position is perfect for someone that’s looking to get into tech. We need someone that has a great personality, is good on the phones, and likes to solve problems. If you have some tech support experience then that’s great, if not, don’t worry – we can train you.
The person selected for this role will have daily contact with customers and will be the customer advocate within Eagle Eye. Your primary focus will be responding to customer issues and driving them to completion. Along the way, you will be working with different teams across the company, depending on the issue.
